Get ready to have some fun as you explore the fundamentals of hip hop. With a combination of upbeat fitness conditioning and classic hip hop techniques, we'll build musicality, rhythm, and strength throughout the body. This open level class includes learning choreography that invites you to take up space and have fun. Class work will be designed to match the experience of the students in the room, and movement variations will be offered to support each student as an individual.

For a little extra conditioning, stay after class for the 30-minute Strength and Mobility program that starts at 7:15 p.m.

Time: 6:15 to 7:15 p.m.

Location: This class takes place at the HCA Dance studios, 34 Hayden Rowe, Hopkinton, Suite 202 (first floor)
Dress Code: Comfortable clothing you can move in. Sneakers or dance sneakers. Please use shoes dedicated to the studio. Outdoor shoes can bring in dirt and make the floor slippery.
