Unwind after your school week with this fun and relaxing yoga class. We'll explore a mind-body connection through yoga exercises, breath, and awareness while also building strength, attention, and coordination. In a nurturing environment, we'll not only grow stronger physically, we'll also learn tools for creating a state of calmness that we can carry with us outside of class.
No experience needed, this is an all levels class.
Instructor: Kaylee Kuehne has a background in dance, exercise science, pilates and yoga, and possesses RYT-200 certification.Grades: 2–6Dates: 11 Mondays | January 12 to April 6You may choose to purchase a 10 or 5 card class pass and have flexibility on which dates you attend. No Class: February 16Time: 9 to 10 a.m.Dress Code & Equipment: Comfortable clothing and a yoga mat. Mats are available at the studio if anyone needs to borrow one.Location: This class takes place at the HCA Dance Studio, 34 Hayden Rowe, Studio 302.
