HCA Upper Dance Program

Students will also be exposed to regular enrichment throughout the year including dance history, music appreciation, acting, and guest teachers in various dance genres. Discounts are available for multiple dance classes taken per week. Payment installment plans are available (see below). Students are welcome to join mid-session while space allows.

Please contact jessica@hopartscenter.org in you need to determine the right class schedule for your dancer. Students must be enrolled in a minimum of three days a week to participate in classes en pointe.

Grade: 7th-12th
23-24 Start/End Dates: September 9, 2023–June 23, 2024
Number of Classes: 34 per each dance class

NEW 2023-2024: Payment plans are available in one payment or quarterly installments. Cash, check and credit card payments are accepted. Those paying with a credit card will have the option to enroll in automatic payments. Those paying with a credit card that do not opt to enroll in automatic payments there will be a $10 fee added to each payment processed.

All payments are due on the agreed upon due date or a $10 late fee will be added to the account balance for ever month the payment is late. All 1st time payments are due before the session begins or within a week of enrollment. Your deposit will be applied to your account.

All request for the withdrawal of a student and cancellation of payments must be made in writing to info@hopartscenter.org . Installment payment cancellations must be made 2 weeks before the next installment payment is scheduled to be withdrawn for proper processing cancellation to occur. 

2023-2024 UPPER DANCE CLASS SCHEDULE:
Classes take place at both HCA Locations: 98 Hayden Rowe and 34 Hayden Rowe.

Once your registration and deposit has been made, an email will be sent to you containing an Upper Dance Questionnaire were you will select the dance class schedule you would like to officially enroll. Once the questionnaire has been submitted you will be contacted a week before classes start with your customized fees and payment plan of choice.

• Injury Waiver: In registering for classes you are required to agree to the HCA injury waiver. 
• Photo Release Agreement: You have the ability to agree to the HCA's Photo Release Agreement during the registration process.
• Waiting List: If this class is sold out it will say so below and will not allow you to register. If this is the case, please add your name to our waitlist here.
• Scholarships: The HCA believes the arts are for everyone and thanks to the generosity of The Sandra Delbridge Scholarship Fund and individual donations to our scholarship fund we are able to assist children, teens, and adults who might not otherwise be able to afford classes. Assistance is awarded on the basis of demonstrated need, motivation, and potential benefit to the student. Apply for a scholarship here.
