Unified Theater Presents: A Salute to Disney

Designed for adults with cognitive and developmental disabilities and/or ASD to express themselves through theater. We will meet weekly and experience firsthand what goes into creating and performing a "from scratch" production! Throughout the weeks of production we will explore different themes of acceptance, joy and self advocacy while working on social and collaborative skills.

We welcome students of all ability levels ages 16+. The Hopkinton Center for the Arts is a fully accessible property, therefore students with all levels of mobility are welcome and encouraged to join this program.

Performances: January 10–12.

Please note: The HCA does not provide support services during this program. If you or your student exhibits challenging/aggressive behaviors or typically requires support or a 1:1 assistant, we require that the parent/caregiver/aide remain for each class to assist. A section in the registration form allows for the person's name to be listed. We welcome the parent/caregiver who wants to participate actively in the class!
