Traditional Indian Art Workshop: Lippan Art
Come join us for an amazing workshop on traditional Indian mural craft, Lippan Art. Kanchan, with her expertise in Indian art history and her experience in art-making, will lead you into the fascinating realm of geometric patterns. Together, we'll mix clay and mirrors to craft stunning decorative pieces.
During this interactive session, you'll discover how to shape clay coils into captivating designs and arrange mirrors in intricate patterns. Although Lippan art typically uses only one color, we'll add a modern touch by introducing vibrant colors, giving this ancient art form a fresh perspective.
