Sunday Yoga Practice with Deb McGonnell
In this 75-minute class, we will move and breathe together, using yoga postures and principles to improve flexibility, strength, and balance. By focusing on the breath, body and mind, we will increase our ability to find balance between effort and ease and experience the benefits of yoga for life, both on and off the mat. Please bring a yoga mat, strap and two blocks for practice.
Day/Time: Weekly on Sundays 9 am - 10:15 am
Dates: May 4 - August 31, 2025 (registered students will receive notification via email of any planned dates when class will not be held)
