Ever think you might like to try yoga? Are you wondering what it might do for you? Already a practicing yogi so you know? Wouldn’t it be great to improve your ability to focus, concentrate and pay attention, too?

Yoga has been proven to increase strength, balance and flexibility of the body. Why not reduce stress, improve creativity and experience real relaxation while having fun! Join us for a six week session of yoga with your peers and learn proper alignment, breathing techniques and a bit about the practice of yoga.
