Discover your inner performer and step into the spotlight in this interactive theatre experience! Through fun drama games, imagination, and activities, we'll learn iconic songs and scenes from the chosen play each week as we explore the basics of acting and prepare final short productions for the end of the week!

In celebration of this winter's release of the reimagined live action film, we'll come together this week to put on our own spin on a mini production!

For a full day of fun in the arts, join our morning visual art program, Art Explorers: Cartoons & Comics (grades 1 and 2), that also takes place at 98 Hayden Rowe. Students will have time for a supervised lunch between programs.

Week 5: July 28–August 1
Location: 98 Hayden Rowe Street, the Farmhouse (the white building at the front of our property by Hayden Rowe St.)
Program Time: 12:15–3 p.m.
Drop-off: 12:15 p.m.
Pick-up: Between 3–3:15 p.m. 
Late Pickups: Incur a fee of $10 for the first 15 minutes and $5 a minute after that.

Materials: All materials will be provided, but each participant should bring: 

• 1-2 snack(s) (please do not pack any food that contains nuts) 
• A reusable water bottle with your child's name on it

If you register your child for a full-day, please also bring:

• A nut-free lunch
• Sunglasses, sunscreen (non-spray) and bug spray (optional)

• Injury Waiver: You must agree to the HCA injury waiver to register for classes. 
• Photo Release Agreement: You can agree to the HCA's Photo Release Agreement during registration.

Scholarships: The HCA believes the arts are for everyone. Thanks to the generosity of the Dora Kishabay Garabedian Scholarship Fund and individual donations to our scholarship fund, we can assist children, teens, and adults who might not otherwise be able to afford classes.
