Advance your dance training. Classes train core stability, weight placement and alignment. Please bring long resistance bands (in light, medium, and strong resistance), a small beach ball (grocery store version is perfect), a tennis ball or a racket ball, and a yoga mat. You can also bring a small-medium physio ball if you have your own. Instructor Onalie Arts is a certified Progressing Ballet Technique instructor and she has worked as a massage therapist and attended Yoga Teacher training. This class is appropriate for students with at least 5 years of formal classical ballet training.

Dress Code: comfortable clothing.

DROP-INS WELCOME: If there is sufficient space, drop-ins are welcome to attend. The drop-in fee is $25 per class via online payment portal. Please email jessica@hopartscenter.org with any questions.
