Evening Meditation Circle

Join us for our new Monthly Meditation Circles with Wendy Gabriel, Growth and Empowerment Coach, Reiki Master, and Wellness Studio owner, as she introduces you to the basics of meditation, including the health benefits of starting a meditation practice. Wendy will introduce you to your Chakras (energy centers) and lead you on an hour-long guided meditation each month. You will leave feeling relaxed, renewed, and balanced. Joining us each month will help instill the continuity necessary to start your regular meditation practice.

DROP-INS WELCOME: If there is sufficient space, drop-ins are welcome to attend. The drop-in fee is $30 per class (cash, check, or card). Please call to inquire about space the evening before or morning of: 508-435-9222. Phone lines are open 9am-5pm.

Materials: Please bring yoga mats, pillows, and blankets for optimum comfort and relaxation. Chairs are available if being seated is more comfortable for you.

• Waiting List: If this class is sold out, it will say so below and will not allow you to register. If so, please add your name to our waitlist here.
• Scholarships: The HCA believes the arts are for everyone, and thanks to the generosity of The Sandra Delbridge Scholarship Fund and individual donations to our scholarship fund, we can assist children, teens, and adults who might not otherwise be able to afford classes.
