Adult/Teen Beginner Modern Dance (Tuesday - Studio 34)

Join this high energy beginner class and learn the fundamentals of modern dance while also getting an excellent workout! In a fun and supportive environment, we'll begin each class with a full body warm-up before diving into choreography. We'll progress through lessons in rhythmic proficiency and artistry to build skills while increasing our strength and flexibility. Variations for more advanced aspects will be provided.

Location: This class takes place at the HCA Annex, 34 Hayden Rowe, Hopkinton.
