Dance in an inclusive and supportive environment designed for all abilities! Using adaptive tools and equipment, dancers will explore hip hop/pop and contemporary/ballet basics, learning choreography for two fun routines to be showcased at the end of the season.

This class strengthens memory, enhances emotional and social connections, promotes cognitive and physical integration, and builds confidence. Most importantly, it releases endorphins, sparks joy, and encourages communication—both verbal and nonverbal—through the power of movement.

Please note: The HCA does not provide support services during this program. If you or your student typically requires a 1:1 assistant or support person, we require that the parent/caregiver/aide remain for the class to assist. A section in the registration form allows for the person's name to be listed. We welcome the parent/caregiver who wants to participate actively in the class!

A presentation (optional participation) will be prepared for the last day of class for friends and family.
