When you book your appointment, you’ll share a few special details about your child(ren) in advance—like a milestone from the year, a favorite toy, or the snack they left for Santa and the reindeer last year. Santa will surprise and delight your little ones by knowing their story and celebrating their accomplishments, creating a moment that feels truly magical.
Parents are welcome to take as many photos as they’d like during this heartwarming encounter. HCA will record each session and provide a private video link that you'll be able to share with your family.
After your time with Santa, kids are invited to decorate a festive holiday cookie, enjoy story time and a song with a Disney costumed character & receive a take-home holiday craft. All families are welcome to take a stroll through HCA's Holiday Marketplace before or after your visit!
Upon purchase of your ticket, you will receive an email with instructions on how to provide the information to personalize your child's visit with Santa.
