Gentle yoga is low impact and slow paced, using mindful movement, deep, breathing, and Restorative Yoga to create a state of relaxation. Flexibility is not a prerequisite. In fact, most people find their range of motion increases with slower movements.

Adaptations and individual instruction will be offered to ensure comfort for every body.

DROP-INS WELCOME: If there is sufficient space, drop-ins are welcome to attend. The drop-in fee is $25 per class. You may bring cash, check, or card to pay in person or buy a one-time class online. Please call to inquire about space the evening before or morning of: 508-435-9222. Phone lines are open 9am-5pm.

Instructor: Molly Myers has lived in Hopkinton for 25 yrs. with her husband and daughter. She has been a student of yoga for over ten years and is a 500 hr. Registered Yoga Instructor. Her yoga practice helps her stay grounded and connected to herself so she can tune out unnecessary chatter. Molly wants to share the experience of slowing down with her students to allow them space to create calm in their minds and bodies. She has spent the last two years studying Restorative Yoga and Anatomy under Judith Hansen Lasater, and is certified in L1 & L2 Reiki, and Yoga Nidra.
