Yoga for Better Posture & Mobility

This event is no longer on sale.

Thursday March 28

9:30 AM  –  10:30 AM

Start your day off right with a gentle but effective yoga class with modifications for all. We will balance out the major muscle groups in order to improve posture, mobility and overall well-being. Each session will include moderate stretching and strengthening exercises for the entire body.

We will stretch the muscles that bring the body out of alignment and cause discomfort. We will also gently open the heart to counteract our forward leaning lifestyle . The class will start with a standing warm up and end with restorative poses on the mat. Chairs will be available for balance or modifications.

All levels of experience are welcome, but the class is geared towards students over 50 years young!
