In this 75-minute class, we will move and breathe together, using yoga postures and principles to improve flexibility, strength, and balance. By focusing on the breath, body and mind, we will increase our ability to find balance between effort and ease and experience the benefits of yoga for life, both on and off the mat. Please bring a yoga mat, strap and two blocks for practice.
DROP-INS WELCOME: If there is sufficient space, drop-ins are welcome to attend. The drop-in fee is $22 per class. You can bring cash or check (made out to "HCA")
