Sketchbooking is a useful tool for serious artists looking to practice their craft, but also a fun and accessible way for anyone to connect with their creative side! Sketchbooking is also a great way to relieve stress. Come develop a daily practice of art without the pressure of making a finished masterpiece.
A sketchbook is all about experimentation, exploration, and imperfection—and that is what makes them beautiful! Join us for this enjoyable and relaxing class as we fill our sketchbooks with colorful doodles, vignettes, and engaging exercises.
The instructor will introduce the class to common sketchbooking tools (pens, watercolors, pencils, etc.), but students are also encouraged to bring whatever supplies they enjoy working with. Feel free to bring your own project suggestions and ideas as well!
Instructor: Beth GismondiMaterials: Please bring a sketchbook. Other materials will be provided by HCA, but feel free to bring your own as well.
