Join this relaxing and creative painting workshop to learn how to paint on silk, an ancient medium originating in Eastern Asia. All levels of experience are welcome as we will begin with lessons on technique and color mixing as everyone learns how to express the beauty of the delicious and colorful fruit, the pomegranate.
The process of painting on silk is similar to the act of watercolor painting in how it reacts to the surface. Guidance will be given on how to fix your finished works and how to put them on display.
All levels welcome, including absolute beginners.
