Restorative yoga is the use of props to support the body in positions of comfort and ease to facilitate relaxation and health ~Judith Hansen Lasater.

This gentle and Restorative Yoga class suitable for all levels will include seated stretches/poses at the beginning of each class before we move into a series of supportive poses. We'll end each session with an extended guided savasana, a pose of deep rest.

Restorative Yoga offers many known benefits including reducing anxiety and tension, building your immunity, and calming your central nervous system. This class is suited to beginners, experienced practitioners and is complementary to anyone with an established athletic routine. Adaptations will be offered to ensure comfort for every body.
