Painting with Watercolor, Pen & Ink

Create works of art by mixing media, combining watercolor with pen and ink, and using multiple techniques. We'll use India ink, dip pens, and micron pens and then add value, contrast, and definition with watercolors. Pen and ink will add definition and detail, whereas watercolors will bring the works to life.

Over the course of 8 weeks we'll learn how to plan out our works of art with a more experimental process, using gentle critiques along the way to explore this alternative use of materials.

For those with some experience painting, whether you have taken an HCA course or have some basic experience working on your own.
