Unwind and rediscover the joy of making marks in this immersive, process-oriented workshop. Designed to dissolve the "fear of the blank page," this session focuses on mindful flow drawing—a technique that prioritizes spontaneous creativity and the physical act of drawing over "perfect" results.

Whether you are a seasoned artist or haven’t picked up a pencil in years, this workshop offers a freeing, joyful space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with your artistic intuition.
By the end of the afternoon, you’ll leave with a refreshed perspective, a series of experimental works, and the tools to maintain a mindful creative practice at home. It’s the perfect way to reset and kickstart your weekend.

Materials: All materials will be provided by HCA. A mixed-media sketchbook is included in the registration fee for you to use and keep.
