Join us for a Meditation Circle with Wendy Gabriel, Growth and Empowerment Coach, Reiki Master, and Wellness Studio owner, as she introduces you to the basics of meditation, including the health benefits of starting a meditation practice. Wendy will introduce you to your Chakras (energy centers) and lead you on an hour-long guided meditation. You will leave feeling relaxed, renewed, and balanced.

DRESS CODE: Wear comfortable clothing.
MATERIALS: Please bring yoga mats, pillows, and blankets for optimum comfort and relaxation. Chairs are available if being seated is more comfortable for you.

• Scholarships: The HCA believes the arts are for everyone. Thanks to the generosity of the Dora Kishabay Garabedian Scholarship Fund and individual donations to our scholarship fund, we can assist children, teens, and adults who might not otherwise be able to afford classes.
