Work side by side in this fun art workshop where you will be introduced to traditional Indian arts as you paint and decorate mandalas together. Meaning "circle" in Sanskrit, mandalas are believed to symbolize the universe and wholeness, and working on the designs can have a calming, meditative effect. Everyone will choose from a selection of canvases designed with round geometric pattern outlines, and begin by painting them in with acrylics, learning how to shade and combine colors.
The second half of the class will be dedicated to embellishing your work with floral-like designs and cut pearls, sticker stones, small cut mirrors etc.
