Lunch time Yoga Flow Fall 2024

Treat yourself to a relaxing lunch break in this gentle, heart opening class. We will practice postures designed to heal the body and calm the mind. Leave feeling restored and ready to take on the rest of the day. Each session will include a seated/supine warm up, a short standing sequence, and a restorative finish.

 

All levels are welcome.

 

DROP-INS WELCOME: If there is sufficient space, drop-ins are welcome to attend. The drop-in fee is $25 per class (cash, check, or card). Please call to inquire about space the evening before or morning of: 508-435-9222. Phone lines are open 9am-5pm.

 

Instructor: Laura Michel has a dance background, has been practicing yoga for 28 years, and received a teaching certification through Artemis Yoga in Watertown.

• Scholarships: The HCA believes the arts are for everyone. Thanks to the generosity of the Dora Kishabay Garabedian Scholarship Fund and individual donations to our scholarship fund, we can assist children, teens, and adults who might not otherwise be able to afford classes.
