Celebrate Valentine’s Day with a full-day weaving workshop led by award-winning weaver Dahlia Popovits! Explore the possibilities of circular weaving as you create a one-of-a-kind wall hanging using a variety of yarns—including plenty of red fibers in different textures and thicknesses. You’ll weave in a hoop that becomes your finished piece, blending natural fibers like wool roving for a warm, tactile result.

No previous experience is needed. Come relax, have fun, and leave with a unique, handwoven wall hanging to cherish or gift this Valentine’s Day.

Dahlia has designed and woven award-winning clothing and accessories for nearly 50 years, using fine natural materials from around the world. Her work is featured at Dahlia Gallery in Boston and in national juried shows like The Smithsonian. She teaches at art centers including Hopkinton Center for the Arts, Fuller Craft Museum, Worcester Craft Center, and Castle Hill. Dahlia is excited to share her expertise in her upcoming workshops.
