The application process includes submitting a video of you performing two contrasting pieces, a resume, and list of musical goals to info@hopartscenter.org.

Our chamber ensemble program is by application only for instrumentalists wanting to learn how to sharpen performance skills in quartets, quintets, sextets, and beyond.

A chamber ensemble is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills in performance, expression, and listening across an ensemble to really play a piece together. This is a necessary skill for anyone interested in playing music at a higher caliber in their life whether it just be for fun or because the student has collegiate or professional ambitions.

We hope students will learn repertoire from a large variety of classical and contemporary genres so they can learn to perform anything that is required of them as they learn and grow! All chamber ensembles will be invited to perform at one of the recitals, showcases, or open mics depending on mutual availability and content. 

Once you have applied, you will be assigned to ensembles and instructors based on mutual skill level, ability, and musical goals. If no group pairing is available at the time, student will be placed on a waitlist for chamber ensembles. Musical repertoire will be at the discretion of the instructor with student input.

Ages: Application Open to All Ages. Students will be grouped together based on ages and skill level. Adults will only be paired with other adults.

• Injury Waiver: You must agree to the HCA injury waiver to register for classes. 
  
  
• Photo Release Agreement: You can agree to the HCA's Photo Release Agreement during registration.
  
  
• Waiting List: If this class is sold out, it will say so below and will not allow you to register. If so, please add your name to our waitlist here. 
  
  

Scholarships: The HCA believes the arts are for everyone. Thanks to the generosity of the Dora Kishabay Garabedian Scholarship Fund and individual donations to our scholarship fund, we can assist children, teens, and adults who might not otherwise be able to afford classes.
