Join talented teacher and professional dancer, Marina Van Winkle and get introduced or re-familiarized with classical ballet techniques, all with gentle modifications to accommodate a variety of levels. Gentle Ballet will help increase coordination, flexibility, strength, posture, and balance through simple ballet movements and stretching. Have fun moving to music while also learning the beauty and artistry of ballet. Adaptations include slower tempos, reduced repetitions, and optional seated chair stretches. All levels of experience are welcome, but the class is geared towards students over 50 years young!

Location: This class takes place at the HCA Dance studios, 34 Hayden Rowe, Hopkinton, Suite 302 (second floor)
Dress Code: Comfortable clothes you can move in. Ballet slippers.
