Come explore the world of Yoga and Mindfulness with your little one! We'll incorporate fun and creative themes drawing inspiration from animals, nature and the environment around us. Yoga is an incredible tool for adults and children alike to help improve balance, concentration and coordination as well as strength, and self-confidence.
Instructor: Emma Bartolini of Children’s Mindful Yoga specializes in creative, dynamic and playful classes instilling yoga principles in kid friendly ways. Her classes incorporate many layers of movement, and visual arts that help children connect to yoga, while introducing essential tools for mindfulness, self-confidence, strength, mind/ body connection and calm.
In recent years, Emma has played a key role in developing a Mindfulness and Yoga Program for the Southborough School District. She brings yoga, mindfulness and meditation directly into classrooms, leads school-wide assemblies for Social Emotional Learning (SEL) week, and before MCAS testing. Emma also teaches after-school and camp programs through Southborough Recreation and collaborates with local Girl Scout troops, guiding them through yoga-based activities to earn a variety of badges.
