Gond is a vibrant tribal art form from Central India that celebrates nature through bold colors, intricate patterns, and storytelling. Traditionally practiced by the Pardhan Gonds, this distinctive art style is now showcased in museums around the world. In this workshop, you’ll enjoy a hands-on experience creating your own Gond painting — a beautiful piece to gift or display at home. Instructor: Kanchan Tare 
Kanchan has a Master's of Computer Management and a Bachelor's in Electronics from Pune University, India. Kanchan has taught fine arts and crafts in India and the US, focusing on color theory, painting, drawing, origami, and more. In addition, Kanchan leads workshops in clay idol making, Kangra Rajasthani Painting, Warli Painting, and Lippan craft.
