Get ready to move and express yourself in this dynamic class that blends jazz and modern techniques with the fluidity and expressiveness of contemporary dance.

Class will always begin with a warm up that support proper alignment, develops strength and mobility, and engages the core. Technical elements will be broken down followed by an opportunity to learn combinations that flow seamlessly between different dance vocabularies. Class work will be designed to match the experience of the students in the room, and movement variations will be offered to support each student as an individual.

Dress Code: Comfortable clothing you can move in. Socks or bare feet.
Location: This class takes place at the HCA Dance studios, 34 Hayden Rowe, Hopkinton, Suite 302 (second floor)
