Choir Boot Camp: Singing With Sharon (Two-Day Workshop)

This fun two-day workshop will grow your skills as a singer, whether you love singing or are interested in the HCA's Treblemakers Community Chorus. We'll work on basic music-reading skills and fine-tune our hearing and listening abilities. With some group singing along the way, this boot camp will leave you with skills that will make it easier to learn parts in a choir, sing harmony, sight-read, and prepare music!

Please note: This workshop will prepare you for the weekly sessions with Treblemakers group or even audition for HCA Harmony, HCA's small adult vocal ensemble! The Treblemakers are the HCA's resident 18+ Community Chorus. There are no auditions and we sing repertoire that spans genres and generations with two concerts a year in December and May.

Veterans and current members of the Treblemakers are also encouraged to attend the boot camp sessions to brush up on those music-reading skills and learn some new ones to raise your personal skill set and that of the group!

• Scholarships: The HCA believes the arts are for everyone. Thanks to the generosity of the Dora Kishabay Garabedian Scholarship Fund and individual donations to our scholarship fund, we can assist children, teens, and adults who might not otherwise be able to afford classes.
