Whether you have always dreamed of taking a class or you are just looking for a new way to stay active, this beginner class is a perfect start. Students will be guided through the fundamental elements of ballet technique, including basic ballet positions, posture, and terminology. Each class will begin at the barre where a progression of exercises will properly warm up the body while promoting strength, alignment and mobility. Next, students will move to center and traveling steps to develop coordination and balance. Have fun moving to music while also learning the beauty and artistry of ballet.
