Join us for the unique HCA experience—a week of creative programming spanning all of our departments —visual arts, drama, movement, music, and games! Each week will be based around a fun theme. Our week concludes with an art show and final performance before pickup on Friday. 

Our Under the Sea week is calling all who love art, singing, acting, and dancing!

Campers will use watercolor, mixed media, and sculpture to create deep sea paintings, coral reef scenes, and imaginative 3D sea creatures inspired by the ocean.

We'll continue our ocean adventure by exploring stories from The Little Mermaid and Moana. Through acting games, singing, and movement, campers will build stage skills and work together to perform their own production inspired by these stories of the sea!

Grades: 1–6 (students will be split up and placed in groups based on age)
Week 5: July 27–31
Location: 98 Hayden Rowe Street
Program Time: 9 a.m.–3 p.m.
Drop-off: Between 8:45–9 a.m.
Pick-up: Between 3–3:15 p.m. 
Late Pickups: Incur a fee of $10 for the first 15 minutes and $5 a minute after that.
Materials: All materials will be provided, but each participant should bring: 

• 2 snack(s) (no nuts please) 
• Lunch (no nuts please)
• A reusable water bottle with your child's name on it
• Sunglasses, sunscreen (non-spray) and bug spray (optional)
• Wear clothes that are comfortable and washable

• Injury Waiver: You must agree to the HCA injury waiver to register for classes. 
• Photo Release Agreement: You can agree to the HCA's Photo Release Agreement during registration.

Scholarships: The HCA believes the arts are for everyone. Thanks to the generosity of the Dora Kishibay Garabedian Scholarship Fund and individual donations to our scholarship fund, we can assist children, teens, and adults who might not otherwise be able to afford classes.
